Parlaid backtests conditional sports-betting strategies. You write an order — a rule like "when a game is within one score at the start of the 4th quarter, back the team that's leading" — and Parlaid replays it against completed NFL, NBA, and MLB games and reports honest returns: ROI, win rate, an equity curve, and per-season stability. The Parlay Lab does the same for multi-leg parlays, and TradeBin applies the method to resolved Kalshi and Polymarket event markets. Parlaid never takes bets, moves money, or connects to a sportsbook — it's a research tool, not a betting service, and nothing on it is betting advice.
How to contact support
Email [email protected]. We usually reply within 2 business days.
To help us help you quickly, include:
- your leaderboard handle or username, if the question is about an account (accounts have no email attached, so a handle is often the only way to identify one);
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen;
- for a backtest question, the exact rule you ran (league, bet type, conditions, seasons).
Because accounts aren't tied to an email address, if you've lost your password we may not be able to verify the account is yours — see the FAQ below.
Refunds and cancellation
Parlaid is currently free. There are no paid features, subscriptions, or purchases, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel — deleting your account (or just walking away) costs nothing.
If paid features are ever introduced, they'll be billed through Stripe and this page will be updated with real refund and cancellation terms before any charge occurs. Until this page says otherwise, any request for payment claiming to be from Parlaid is not from us.
FAQ
Is Parlaid a sportsbook? Can I place bets here?
No. Parlaid never accepts wagers, moves money, or connects to a sportsbook — it only tells you what a strategy would have done historically.
Is this betting advice?
No. Backtests are history, not predictions. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential help.
Is Parlaid free?
Yes — free, keyless public data, no account or card required to run backtests.
Which sports can I backtest?
NFL, NBA, and MLB, across moneyline, spread, and totals, plus team and player props.
Do I need an account?
No, not for backtesting, parlays, TradeBin, or the leaderboard — those all work anonymously. An account (username + password only, no email collected) lets you save backtests and run paper bots.
What are bots?
A saved pregame backtest promoted to a paper bot: it starts with a fictional $10,000 bankroll and "bets" its rule on upcoming games in a simulated ledger. No real money is ever involved.
Why did my saved data disappear?
On the current free-tier hosting, saved backtests, bots, and leaderboard entries can be reset on redeploy. Durable storage is on the roadmap.
I forgot my password — can you reset it?
There's no self-serve reset today (we don't collect email addresses). Email [email protected] and we'll do what we can, though without an email on file we may not be able to verify the account is yours.
What we don't do
We can't tell you what to bet, whether a strategy will win, or give betting advice of any kind — Parlaid tests history, it doesn't predict.
